Højbo Studio is a small Danish studio — deliberately small. When you write to us, you write to the person who designs, builds and runs your website. No account managers, no ticket queues, no waiting three days for someone to forward your email to “the technical department”. I am the technical department.

In the past years I’ve built and shipped complete digital businesses in two countries. In Spain: a Danish property portal for the Costa del Sol with over 8,000 live listings syncing daily from international data feeds — plus the custom CRM the business runs on. In Denmark: a health practice’s website, web shop and complete client platform — secure logins, journals with full audit trails, messaging, documents. Both are in production, used every single day, and run by me.

That breadth is the point. Most small-business websites are made by people who have only ever made small-business websites. I bring the standards of systems that handle sensitive client data and thousands of daily visitors — speed, security, search visibility, and code that doesn’t rot — to every site I build. Your five-page site is built by the same hands, to the same standard.

And I genuinely like working with small companies. Decisions are fast, the website matters personally to the owner, and good work shows up directly on the bottom line. You’ll never be the small customer of a big agency here — you’re the whole point.
