Who is responsible

Højbo Studio is operated by Akademi for livsdesign, CVR 44679116, Rådhustorvet 4, 8900 Randers, Denmark. Any questions about your data can be sent to kontakt@hoejbostudio.dk.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we receive what you choose to send.

If you use the start form, we receive the company and contact details you fill in (such as company name, VAT/CVR number, contact person, phone, email and address), along with the files you upload, such as your logo, images and copy.

Our hosting provider automatically processes technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use this data to identify you.

Why, and for how long

We use your inquiry to answer you and follow up on a potential project, nothing else. Inquiries and project details are stored in our own customer system for as long as the dialogue or customer relationship is active, and deleted afterwards unless Danish bookkeeping law requires us to keep them longer.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also stores uploaded files and our customer system. Form messages are delivered by Resend, and email to kontakt@hoejbostudio.dk is handled in our mailbox at Google. All three act as data processors for us, and data may be processed outside the EU under EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Cookies and local storage

The site only uses statistics cookies (Google Analytics) if you accepted them in the cookie banner — otherwise no tracking cookies are set. Beyond that we collect cookieless, anonymised visit statistics via Vercel Analytics, which stores nothing on your device, and only use technically necessary local storage, for example to remember your cookie choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict our processing, and receive a copy of your data. Write to kontakt@hoejbostudio.dk and we will handle it. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
