Who is responsible

Højbo Studio is operated by Akademi for livsdesign, CVR 44679116, Rådhustorvet 4, 8900 Randers, Denmark. Any questions about your data can be sent to hojbophilius@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we receive what you choose to send.

Our hosting provider automatically processes technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use this data to identify you.

Why, and for how long

We use your inquiry to answer you and follow up on a potential project, nothing else. We keep correspondence only as long as it is relevant to the dialogue or required for bookkeeping under Danish law.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., and contact form messages are delivered by Resend. Both act as data processors for us, and data may be processed outside the EU under EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no tracking cookies. We only use technically necessary local storage, for example to remember your cookie choice. If we add anonymous statistics at some point, they will only run with your consent.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict our processing, and receive a copy of your data. Write to hojbophilius@gmail.com and we will handle it. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.dk).
