The challenge
Danish buyers on the Costa del Sol were stuck between English-only portals and static brochure sites. Formula Properties needed a portal with living data: thousands of listings that change daily, searchable by area, type and price, fast enough to rank on Google and lean enough to run cheaply.
What we built
Far more than a website. The public side is a portal built on a live data feed: listings sync automatically, search and filters run on a real database, and every page is prerendered for speed and SEO. Buyers save a search and get an email the moment matching homes appear. Behind it sits a full custom CRM built for this business: every inquiry lands in one pipeline with its history, saved-search subscribers are managed automatically, and traffic analytics show exactly which pages and properties turn visitors into leads, so follow-up happens while interest is warm.

Behind the website sits a CRM we built directly into the site itself. Every enquiry lands there automatically, each registered client is scored by activity so warm leads stand out, and viewings, messages, marketing and live traffic are followed in one place — one login, no external subscriptions.
